The warranty does not cover on-site visits under any circumstances.
The warranty does not cover any goods / parts / accessories supplied by the customer.
The warranty is a Return-To-Base warranty only.
All Computer Systems are tested before being put on sale to make sure that it works to the highest standard possible.
If technical problems occur within the warranty period it will be dealt with as soon as possible.
All computer systems sold by Custom Computers have a lifetime labour guarantee. 
All computers / peripherals / accessories are classed as ex-demo – refurbished – second user unless otherwise stated.

Software is not included in any warranty or term of sale or repair carried out and the buyer must verify the licence is current and valid - Custom Computers only supply's hardware it does not supply software of any kind - we display signs in our shop/workshops to confirm this.

Even if a machine is sold to you with software present it is up to the buyer to make sure the licence is for that software - we do not and in most cases can not check this and are not responsible for invalid/unlawful use of software by any customer.

We are not responsible postage problems in any way.

We do not guarantee Batteries or any consumable device fitted to any job, repair or sale.

We back up files/software on a job by job basis - the customer must assure us that the they have ownership to any music, files - video or software they request us to back up , we can not be held responsible for inadvertently backing up or handling copyrighted material of any kind.

If you do not agree with any of our stated terms do not deal with us in any way shape or service.

Non-Negotiable
